AI Automation Engineer

We’re seeking an AI Automation Engineer to build and scale automation systems for marketing, growth, content operations, and internal business processes. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the modern AI ecosystem, process automation, and turning AI tools into reliable business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered automations using n8n
• Create workflow automations for marketing, growth, content, and internal operations
• Work with models such as Claude, GPT, Gemini, and other LLMs
• Integrate third-party services and tools via APIs
• Build and optimize AI-driven workflows and orchestration systems
• Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Research, test, and implement new AI tools into team workflows
• Improve workflow reliability, efficiency, and scalability

About You

• Experience working with n8n or similar automation platforms (e. g. Zapier, Make)
• Understanding of workflow automation and system integrations
• Basic understanding of APIs and web services
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and language models
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Genuine interest in AI and continuous learning

As a plus

• Hands-on experience with AI agents or autonomous workflows
• Proven ability to build AI automation systems in production environments
• Familiarity with tools such as Claude, GPT, Gemini, ElevenLabs, n8n, or similar tools
• Knowledge of marketing automation or growth workflows
• Strong understanding of the modern AI ecosystem and emerging AI tooling
