About the Role
 

We are looking for a Blockchain / Web3 Game Developer to help design, develop, and integrate Web3 systems into our game ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, NFT systems, wallet integration, and secure Web3 architecture for games.

You will work closely with game developers, backend engineers, designers, and product stakeholders to build smooth, secure, and user-friendly blockchain features for mainstream players.
 

Responsibilities
 

• Design and develop blockchain/Web3 architecture for game projects.
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain smart contracts.
• Build and integrate NFT minting, in-game asset ownership, marketplace, rewards, and token-related features.
• Implement wallet connection and user-friendly Web3 onboarding.
• Support gasless transactions, account abstraction, or abstracted wallet flows.
• Work with Unity/game development teams to integrate blockchain features into gameplay.
• Develop secure and scalable systems for in-game digital assets.
• Help design token economy and reward distribution logic.
• Collaborate with backend engineers on APIs, indexing, transaction tracking, and blockchain data management.
• Prepare technical documentation for smart contracts and Web3 systems.
• Follow best practices for smart contract security, scalability, and performance.
• Support audit preparation and post-audit fixes when needed.
   

Requirements
 

• Proven experience in blockchain/Web3 development.
• Experience with smart contract development, NFTs, token systems, and marketplace logic.
• Strong knowledge of Solidity and EVM-compatible networks such as Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, Immutable, Arbitrum, or Base.
• Experience with Web3 libraries such as Ethers.js, Web3.js, Wagmi, or similar.
• Understanding of wallet integration, transaction flows, gas fees, and user onboarding.
• Knowledge of gasless transactions, account abstraction, or meta-transactions is a strong plus.
• Understanding of smart contract security best practices.
• Experience with token economy, reward systems, staking, or governance is a plus.
• Experience with Unity or game development pipelines is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain technical decisions clearly.
