Outreach Virtual manager

We’re looking for a proactive Outreach VM to support our sales team by building and managing outbound pipeline.
This role is ideal for someone who understands outreach mechanics, is comfortable with volume, and wants to grow into a sales-focused role.
What You’ll Do
- Run high-volume outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, etc.)
- Identify and research potential leads (founders, decision-makers, heads of departments)
- Personalize outreach messages based on ICP and context
- Manage follow-ups and keep pipeline active
- Manage and update CRM records, spreadsheets, and follow-up queues
- Track outreach performance (reply rates, conversions)
Support the team with lead research and data enrichment

- You have experience in outreach / lead generation / SDR support
- You’re comfortable working with outreach targets and volume
- You know how to research and personalize messages
- You can balance speed and quality in execution
- You’re structured, organized, and consistent in daily work
You work independently and proactively improve workflows
Required Skills
- Strong written English (Upper-Intermediate+)
- Experience with outbound outreach or lead generation
- Ability to manage pipelines, follow-ups, and structured workflows
- Confidence working with Google Sheets / CRM systems
Attention to detail and consistency
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with cold email tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Basic understanding of B2B sales funnels
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make)
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) for outreach
Experience working with US / EU markets
