We are hiring freelance sales closers to handle qualified inbound leads for a luxury travel and premium experiences company.

We operate across Europe’s most exclusive destinations, primarily catering to an American clientele seeking high-end and premium experiences.

Our leads are highly qualified and high-intent. Most clients are English-speaking, often US-based, and actively looking for premium experiences. Each lead is pre-screened by a human team member, with key details collected before being assigned to a closer, whose main objective is to secure the deposit.

This is not cold calling.
This is not appointment setting.
This is a pure closing role.

Compensation options

Commission starts from 2% on collected revenue, with average deal sizes typically ranging between $20,000 USD and $500,000 USD.

Leads assigned based on availability, speed, close rate and CRM discipline
Strong performers can be promoted quickly.

Your role:

You will receive qualified inbound leads and your job will be to close them.

Responsibilities include:

Contacting assigned leads very quickly.
Speaking with clients by phone, WhatsApp, video calls, or approved calling tools.
Understanding the client’s needs, budget, group, destination and urgency.
Building trust with very high-end clients.
Handling objections professionally.
Following up until the deal is closed or clearly lost.
Pushing for deposit/payment without sounding aggressive.
Keeping CRM notes clean and updated.
Working closely with our Sales Lead.
Following our sales process.

When a hot lead is assigned, you must be able to respond quickly.

What you will NOT do

You will not be responsible for:

Finding leads.
Cold calling.
Supplier negotiations.
Operations.
Designing proposals.

Your role is sales closing only.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is:

Excellent in spoken English.
Confident and natural on phone calls and video calls.
Comfortable speaking with American and international clients.
Experienced in high-ticket sales, luxury sales, travel, hospitality, real estate, events, villas, concierge, or premium services.
Very fast with follow-ups.
Organized with CRM notes.
Able to create urgency without being pushy.
Able to sell premium services without sounding desperate or aggressive.
Coachable and process-driven.
Comfortable working as a freelance contractor.

Lead allocation depends on performance, response speed, CRM discipline, close rate and respect of process.
