Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer. The role is highly hands-on and focused on building, customizing, integrating, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across multiple business domains.
 

Projects may include:

• CRM platform development
• Customer Journey / Marketing applications
• Contact Center solutions
• Case management systems
• On-prem to cloud migrations
• Enterprise integrations and automation workflows
   

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Build plugins, workflows, integrations, and custom business logic
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and business stakeholders
• Support integrations with external enterprise systems and APIs

• Troubleshoot and resolve platform and application issues

   

Must-have:

• 5+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (including Dynamics Customer Journey / Marketing modules, Contact Center or Case Management solutions
• Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics customization
• Solid understanding of CRM architecture and business processes
• Experience building integrations and working with APIs
   

Nice to have:

• Cloud migration projects
• Government or enterprise-scale environments
• Azure or cloud platform exposure
