Junior Android Engineer Offline

What you'll do

• Develop new features end-to-end using Kotlin, Coroutines, and Jetpack Compose
• Write clean, testable code following Clean Architecture, MVVM, and MVI patterns
• Build intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our Android app
• Integrate with backend APIs, Firebase, and GraphQL services
• Work closely with design, product, and analytics teams to shape new features
• Refactor existing solutions and improve code quality
• Collaborate with the backend team to design APIs for new features and applications

What we're looking for

• A responsible communicator who picks up new things quickly
• 6+ months of commercial Android development experience
• Ability to write maintainable, easily extensible code, and to navigate code written by others
• Solid knowledge of Kotlin and Kotlin Coroutines
• Familiarity with Android SDK fundamentals
• Experience with Jetpack Compose
• Experience with Dagger 2
• Hands-on experience with Firebase services
• Understanding of core design patterns
• Familiarity with Clean Architecture, MVVM, and MVI patterns
• Understanding of networking, including some exposure to GraphQL
• Understanding of multi-module application architecture
