Influencer Outreach Manager

We’re looking for someone to reach out to influencers on TikTok and Instagram, start conversations via DMs or email, build interest, and book them on a discovery call with our sales team. You’ll own one of the most important parts of the pipeline — acting as the first point of contact and scheduling calls.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Send personalized outreach via DMs and email from a pre-sourced list
• Manage conversations, follow up, and nurture leads through the pipeline
• Qualify creators by niche, audience, and engagement fit
• Book confirmed discovery calls with our sales reps
• Track all activity and pipeline status in Google Sheets

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent/native English - your messages must feel natural and human
• Experience in influencer outreach, lead gen or SDR/BDR roles, with hands-on experience finding creators on TikTok and Instagram
• Available to work evening hours (apr. 8pm-1am Kyiv time), Mon–Fri — fast response times are essential
• Organized and detail-oriented - no lead falls through the cracks

NICE TO HAVE

• Deep knowledge of the TikTok/Instagram creator landscape
• Background in influencer marketing or talent management

WHAT WE OFFER

• Part-time, flexible remote collaboration - 10-15 hours per week at the beginning of collaboration
• $7 – $12/hour depending on experience
