Product Manager (Jobs Vertical) – 999.md

999.md is the largest online classifieds marketplace in Moldova, where millions of users buy, sell, and discover services and opportunities across multiple categories every day.
 

One of the key areas of the platform is the Jobs vertical – a fast-growing segment that connects employers with job seekers. We are actively developing this direction and transforming it into a full-scale HRTech product within the marketplace ecosystem.
 

Our goal is to strengthen 999.md’s position as the leading marketplace in Moldova and build a scalable, high-performing job platform for both employers and candidates.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who will lead the development and growth of the Jobs vertical on 999.md. The role involves defining product strategy, identifying growth opportunities, improving the user experience for both employers and job seekers, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product improvements.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Jobs vertical.
• Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitors to identify product opportunities.
• Improve the end-to-end experience for both employers and job seekers.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to deliver product features.
• Define key product metrics and run experiments (A/B testing) to optimize performance.
• Drive initiatives that improve user engagement, job applications, and employer satisfaction.
• Prioritize product backlog based on impact, business goals, and user needs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in job marketplaces or classifieds platforms (Rabota.md, HeadHunter, or similar CIS platforms).
• Strong understanding of marketplace products and two-sided platforms.
• Experience working with product analytics, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to define product vision and translate it into actionable roadmaps.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Languages: Russian and English (Romanian is a plus).
