Senior Full-Stack Engineer — Voltra.ai

Voltra is the analytics layer for car dealerships, built on top of their existing DMS/CRM stack. We pull data from VinSolutions, ProMax, DealerTrack, CDK and surface the metrics that actually move the needle — close rate, BDC performance, lead source ROI, inventory aging. We are at 10 rooftops and have established Product Market Fit. Now is the time to scale.

We're hiring our first full-time engineering hire outside the founding team. You'll work alongside our lead engineer who owns 90% of the codebase today. Your job is to take that down to 50% within 3 months by owning features end-to-end, reviewing PRs, and breaking up the next-tier mega-modules so we can ship faster.

What you'll do (first 90 days):

• Own end-to-end features in our Next.js + Supabase dashboard (current size: ~135k LOC, 144 migrations)
• Review and approve PRs — close our review bottleneck
• Refactor the biggest pain files 
• Build new dealer-data integrations 
• Set up CI/CD if it isn't done yet (GitHub Actions: typecheck, lint, test, preview deploys)
• Write tests on the highest-risk surfaces
