About the Role
Promova is scaling fast, and we’re hiring a Head of Growth to build and own our funnels across web and mobile — from creative, to landing, to the first in-app experience.
You’re here to make it one story: one consistent journey for every learner, from first ad to first paid lesson — and one system we can test, scale, and grow ROMI-positively.
We consider funnels as revenue streams — every funnel is a creative angle paired with a dedicated path your team owns end-to-end, from click to retention.

- The infrastructure is already there. Claude integrations, marketing auto-rules, bulk campaign setup, creative agents, and more — already running today, not on a roadmap. Not built from scratch, but built to scale.
- Funnels you can spin up by prompt. Our AI-driven workflows generate new funnel templates in 15 minutes. So “what if we tried a new flow?” can become a live test now, not months later. No engineering queue, no design backlog. Just test it.
- Direct line to product. Acquisition and R&D work in shared squads — you can ship changes to onboarding, paywall, and creative within the same sprint, not next quarter’s roadmap.
Your Main Focus
- Full funnel ownership. Own the path from creative to landing to the first in-app experience — across web and mobile. Build new funnels, optimize existing ones, and scale what works.
- Experimentation system. Define what “good experimentation” looks like at Promova: hypothesis → prioritization → launch → learning → playbook.
- Creative × UAM × growth alignment. Build a shared context across creative, UAM, and product, so every funnel ships with consistent messaging, metrics, and post-click experience.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in Growth / Product / Product Marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Hands-on experience owning B2C subscription funnels (web and/or mobile) — from creative to purchase, including onboarding and retention.
- Strong analytics chops — experience with funnel and journey analysis, cohort analysis, incrementality testing, A/B testing, attribution models, and working with product analytics tools.
