E-Commerce Growth Lead (Remote / Full-Time)

Park Ave Appliance is a growing online appliance retailer looking for one strong operator to own and execute our entire e-commerce marketing engine end-to-end.

This is not a team management role. You’ll be the primary marketing operator, working independently while coordinating directly with ownership, development, merchandising, and email marketing.

We are looking for someone highly analytical, hands-on, and performance-driven — someone who understands how to grow profitable e-commerce revenue.

What You’ll Own

  • Paid acquisition across Google (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Full promotional execution across all channels:
    • Google Shopping
    • Meta campaigns
    • website banners
    • landing pages
    • email campaigns
    • rebate and holiday promotions
  • Ensuring promotions launch in sync across digital advertising, retargeting/email campaigns, website messaging, and social channels
  • Conversion tracking setup and maintenance:
    • GA4
    • Google Tag Manager
    • Meta Pixel
    • Conversions API
    • call/text tracking
  • Product feed optimization and Google Merchant Center management
  • Coordinating with developers and merchandisers to execute promotions, landing pages, tracking, and on-site updates
  • Improving conversion rate, retargeting, abandoned cart flows, and lifecycle marketing
  • Monitoring attribution, campaign profitability, and overall marketing performance

Required Experience & Skills

Shopify Experience (Required)

You must have hands-on Shopify experience.

You should understand how to:

  • set up and troubleshoot tracking within Shopify
  • pull and analyze Shopify reports
  • work with apps and native Shopify functionality relevant to marketing operations
  • collaborate effectively with developers and merchandisers on implementation, troubleshooting, and promotional execution

Product Feed & Google Merchant Center Expertise (Critical)

This is extremely important for appliance e-commerce.

You should be highly comfortable with:

  • product feeds and feed optimization
  • Google Merchant Center
  • custom labels
  • GTINs and MPNs
  • promotional feeds
  • supplemental feeds
  • shipping settings and labels
  • exclusions and feed segmentation
  • policy violations and disapprovals
  • crawl/indexing behavior
  • troubleshooting Shopping feed visibility issues

Additional Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
  • Proven success growing revenue for an e-commerce company
  • Strong analytical and attribution skills
  • Ability to optimize for phone and text conversions, not just online purchases
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, research, creative production, and execution
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and take ownership
