AI-Focused Product Manager (Web3)

We are looking for a AI Product Manager who lives at the intersection of Web3 and Artificial Intelligence. This is a long-term opportunity, specifically open to Ukrainian professionals living abroad.

About the Role

We are building next-generation AI-powered Web3 products. You will own the full product lifecycle - from idea validation and research to roadmap, prioritization, and delivery. You will work closely with smart contract engineers, AI/ML engineers, frontend/backend developers, and design.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy for Web3
• Deeply understand user needs in decentralized ecosystems (wallets, DeFi, NFTs, AI agents, decentralized compute, etc.)
• Write clear PRDs, user stories, and technical requirements
• Work hands-on with prototypes, test smart contracts, and experiment with AI models
• Prioritize features using data and user feedback
• Collaborate tightly with engineering (you should be able to speak their language)

• Help shape tokenomics and incentive mechanisms when needed

   

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience
• Strong Web3 experience (you’ve worked with blockchain products, understand wallets, on-chain mechanics, token economics)
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts (LLMs, agents, RAG, fine-tuning, model evaluation - at least at a good conceptual + practical level)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
