About the role:
We're looking for a Junior BDR to build and drive our outbound pipeline across EU and APAC markets. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients - researching target accounts, crafting personalized outreach, and qualifying leads before handing them off to our sales and leadership team. 

Responsibilities:
- Research and identify target companies and decision-makers (CTOs, Heads of AI/Data, VPs of Engineering) that match our ideal customer profile across EU and APAC markets.
- Build and execute outbound campaigns using cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and creative prospecting techniques.
- Craft compelling, personalized B2B messages that cut through inbox noise โ€” no copy-paste templates, no spray-and-pray.
- Master tools like HubSpot, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email sequencing platforms to run your outreach like a well-oiled machine.
- Qualify inbound interest and outbound replies using structured frameworks โ€” assessing fit, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
- Book discovery calls for senior sales and leadership, setting the stage for long-term client partnerships.
- Hit and exceed your KPIs โ€” outreach volume, response rates, meetings booked, pipeline generated โ€” while constantly experimenting with new angles and approaches.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager and marketing on ICP refinement, messaging A/B tests, and market intelligence.
- Track every touchpoint in HubSpot CRM โ€” clean data is non-negotiable.

Requirements:
- Have advanced English skills (C1โ€“C2) โ€” you write cold emails that get replied to and hold calls that build trust.
- Bring 0โ€“1 years of experience in B2B sales, BDR/SDR, lead generation, or any client-facing outbound role (internships and freelance count).
- Are naturally curious about technology โ€” you don't need to code, but you genuinely want to understand what AI/ML can do for a business.
- Have a research-first mindset โ€” you dig into a prospect's company, tech stack, hiring signals, and recent news before hitting "send."
- Are self-driven and disciplined โ€” remote work means owning your calendar, your targets, and your results.
- Love the craft of written communication โ€” you obsess over subject lines, opening hooks, and CTAs.
- Have a coachable, growth-oriented attitude โ€” you take feedback seriously and iterate fast.
- Are organized and detail-oriented โ€” you track your pipeline, follow up on time, and never let a hot lead go cold.
- Have a problem-solving attitude โ€” objections don't stop you, they fuel you.

Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with HubSpot, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Saleshandy, or Reply.io.
- Previous exposure to EU or APAC B2B markets.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML, data science, or IT outsourcing services.
- Familiarity with outbound sales methodologies (BANT, SPIN, MEDDIC).
