Full-Cycle Web3 Sales Manager

We are looking for a strong Full-Cycle Sales Manager to join EvaCodes and drive growth in the Web3, blockchain, and high-tech development space.

This is not a typical sales role — you will own the entire sales cycle end-to-end: from lead generation and outreach to closing high-value deals and building long-term client relationships.

Your responsibilities:
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, outbound, partnerships, and events
• Conduct discovery calls and understand client needs
• Present complex technical solutions in a clear and business-focused way
• Build trust with founders, investors, and decision-makers
• Close deals in the $30K–$300K+ range
• Work closely with our technical team to structure winning proposals

Requirements:
• Proven experience in full-cycle B2B sales
• Background in Web3, blockchain, fintech, or software development services
• Strong lead generation skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Result-driven mindset with ownership attitude
