Business Development Manager
We are based in Kyiv, Ukraine, with a global client footprint spanning North America, Europe, and Asia, Twin Win Games LLC is a professional development studio specializing in the production of high-quality games and entertainment apps of varying complexity and design requirements across different platforms and markets.
We are looking for a Middle Business Development Manager who can independently manage outbound business development activities: research relevant prospects, qualify leads, write personalized outreach, run multi-step sequences, lead discovery calls, handle objections, and maintain a structured sales pipeline in HubSpot.
The ideal candidate should be able to work with international clients, understand B2B sales logic, stay organized across multiple conversations, and move opportunities forward without constant reminders.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or outbound sales.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Strong outbound experience: prospecting, cold outreach, LinkedIn/email sequences.
- Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline.
- Good understanding of ICP, lead qualification, and sales funnel logic.
- Ability to lead discovery calls and handle objections.
- Strong written and spoken English: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Structured approach to follow-ups, CRM updates, and pipeline management.
- Resilience to rejection and long sales cycles.
Responsibilities:
Lead Research & Prospecting
- Research potential clients, markets, and companies relevant to our ICP.
- Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Build targeted prospect lists for outbound campaigns.
- Understand why a company may be relevant before reaching out.
Outreach & Lead Generation
- Write personalized outreach messages for email and LinkedIn.
- Build and manage multi-step outbound sequences.
- Adapt communication based on company, role, market, and potential business need.
- Understand basic deliverability and spam-compliance principles.
Sales Pipeline Management
- Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to deal progression.
- Qualify leads using practical sales frameworks such as BANT, SPIN, or MEDDIC.
- Track all activities, follow-ups, deal stages, and client context in HubSpot.
- Handle several active opportunities at the same time without losing quality.
Client Communication
- Lead discovery calls with potential clients.
- Ask clear questions to understand client needs, pain points, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
- Present the companyβs services clearly and relevantly.
- Handle objections in a calm and professional way.
- Communicate with middle management and, when needed, C-level contacts.
Internal Collaboration
- Work with PMs, Art Directors, and internal teams during estimation or project discussions.
- Share clear client context with the team.
- Escalate deal risks or blockers in time.
- Keep the Head of BD updated on important pipeline changes.
Would be a plus:
Experience in iGaming.
Experience in gaming, SaaS, outsourcing, or IT services.
Experience attending or preparing for industry events such as ICE, SBC, G2E, SiGMA.
Understanding of slot development, game production, art, animation, development, or QA outsourcing.
Experience working with BANT, SPIN, MEDDIC, or similar qualification frameworks.
Basic ability to analyze pipeline performance and conversion rates.
HubSpot reporting experience.
