Senior / Lead ERP Next Specialist

Softsich is a young and ambitious international product tech company that develops scalable B2B digital platforms. We’re looking for a Senior / Lead ERPNext Specialist who will take ownership of our ERP landscape and help align business processes with a flexible, scalable ERPNext solution.

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of technology and business — configuring, extending, and optimizing ERPNext to support company operations, ensure data consistency, and enable growth. You’ll have real influence on how the system is structured and evolved over time.

Your key responsibilities will include:

– Configuring and customizing ERPNext according to business requirements.
– Extending ERPNext functionality using Frappe and Python
– Collaborating with BA to provide system improvements.
– Ensuring system stability, data integrity, and scalability.
– Participating in architectural and technical decisions related to ERP development and setup.

It’s a match if you have:

– Experience working with ERP systems.
– Hands-on experience with ERPNext / Frappe (must-have).
–  Understanding of ERP business processes and inter-module dependencies.
– Knowledge in Python.
– Experience of maintaining complex solutions

Nice to have:

– Understanding of accounting processes and financial management.
– Experience with business process automation.
