Middle/Senior Data Analyst / BI

We are looking for a data-driven professional with strong analytical thinking and hands-on experience working with modern reporting ecosystems. 

In this role, you will help transform complex business and product data into scalable reporting solutions and actionable insights for stakeholders.

You will work closely with business and technical teams to improve reporting capabilities, optimize data structures, and support decision-making through dashboards and analytical models in a cloud-based environment.

This position is best suited for someone who enjoys working with data architecture from a reporting perspective, understands business logic behind KPIs, and feels comfortable navigating evolving requirements in Agile teams.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Building and enhancing analytical dashboards and reporting solutions
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and business logic
• Analyzing existing database structures and identifying opportunities for optimization
• Designing and improving aggregation and reporting layers
• Creating and maintaining SQL scripts for data preparation and reporting processes
• Supporting data consistency and validating reporting outputs
• Participating in Agile ceremonies, daily communication, and backlog discussions
• Working in collaboration with engineering teams responsible for data platform evolution and integrations

• Helping assess technical feasibility and limitations of BI solutions

   

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience in Data Analytics, BI, Reporting, or related domains
• Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience writing optimized and complex queries
• Solid understanding of relational databases and reporting-oriented data modeling
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and analytical environments
• Ability to structure data according to business reporting needs
• Experience with modern BI platforms such as AWS QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases

Communication & Collaboration

• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work directly with stakeholders and translate business needs into analytical solutions
• Comfortable working in dynamic Agile environments with changing priorities

Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI-driven analytics or modern data products
• Understanding of machine learning or advanced analytics concepts
• Experience with enterprise architecture or data governance tools
