Recruiter
We seek a Junior Recruiter with conversational English skills to help find the best talent for non-tech positions around Europe, USA, and LATAM, and influence the company's success. If you have a high level of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and want to develop in the field of talent recruitment, join a team!
This is a fully remote job. Part-time or full-time job.
Responsibilities:
โ Sourcing candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, Work, Robota, Indeed, other job boards, social media, etc.).
โ Screening and interviewing candidates.
โ Maintaining recruitment reports and updates.
โ Collaborate with leadership to define recruitment needs.
โ Provide weekly updates on open positions.
Requirements:
โ Has at least 6 months of, experience in recruitment and sourcing or after professional recruitment courses.
โ Upper-Intermediate English.
โ Ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritize.
โ Having experience working with ATS will be a big plus.
โ High initiative, energy and drive to achieve results.
