Requirements:
β 3+ years of Product Manager experience in IGaming;
β Knowledge of UI/UX principles;
β Knowledge of product analytics within the domain context;
β Strong cross-functional management skills;
β Understanding of key product and business metrics, ability to make decisions based on them;
β Experience in increasing product conversion rate (CRO);
β Experience in developing websites on different CMS and platforms (setting tasks for developers, designers and QA);
β Experience in managing product backlog and setting priorities aligned with business objectives and team capacity;
β Ability to forecast and plan tasks within sprints, and across monthly and quarterly cycles.
Responsibilities:
β Product development and optimization;
β Tracking, analyzing, and improving product metrics, including conversion rate, LTV, ARPU, and retention rate;
β Driving the formation of the product roadmap based on strategy and data, and presenting it for business approval;
β Implementing technical development according to the roadmap, assigning and overseeing tasks for tech, design, payment, content, and other departments;
β Full ownership of the product backlog;
β Collaborating with the retention department to implement customer retention mechanics;
β Understanding and managing payment systems and flows;
β Regular monitoring and analysis of competitorsβ products to identify and implement competitive advantages;
β Experience in designing bonus systems will be considered a plus, but is not a core responsibility.
