HR Manager / People Partner
Weβre looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Manager who will support core HR processes, help maintain a healthy team culture, and become a reliable partner for employees and managers. This role is a great fit for someone who already has hands-on HR experience in IT and wants to continue developing in a people-focused and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
β 1+ years of experience in HR (HR Manager / HR Generalist / People Partner) in IT β must-have;
β Understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle;
β Experience participating in onboarding, adaptation, feedback, or performance-related processes;
β Experience communicating with employees and managers;
β Basic understanding of HR analytics, surveys, or feedback collection;
β Experience organizing online team activities or internal initiatives will be a plus;
β Experience with HRM systems and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.);
β English β B1+;
β Strong communication and organizational skills;
β Proactive and responsible mindset;
β Location: only Ukraine (remote).
Responsibilities:
β Own the full employee lifecycle;
β Coordinate onboarding and adaptation processes for new employees;
β Conduct regular check-ins and support employees during the probation period;
β Participate in performance review and feedback processes;
β Help track employee goals and Personal Development Plans (PDPs);
β Communicate with employees regarding HR-related questions and support a positive employee experience;
β Maintain internal communications in company channels (announcements, updates, digests, news, etc.);
β Organize and coordinate online team activities and internal initiatives;
β Collect feedback through surveys, 1:1s, and engagement activities;
β Maintain HR documentation and employee records;
β Assist with HR reporting, analytics, and preparation of internal updates;
β Support improvement of internal HR processes and employee experience initiatives;
β Collaborate with managers and other departments on people-related processes and updates,
β Contribute to monthly reporting for Sales and Accounting departments,
β Act as a Resource Manager, tracking specialistsβ performance, skills, project allocations, contract end terms, and preparing regular reports.
