Lead Generation Specialist
SoftButler seeks a Lead Generation Specialist to build and support outbound lead generation processes through cold email and LinkedIn outreach. We’re an innovation-driven startup valuing ownership, structure, and clear communication. In this role, you will focus on setting up cold outreach infrastructure, working with outreach tools and lead databases, creating personalized sequences for different ICPs, and tracking key outreach metrics.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Set up cold email outreach infrastructure from scratch: domains, warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC.
• Connect and configure outreach tools such as Snov.io, Smartlead, and LinkedIn Helper.
• Write email sequences focused on high open rate and reply rate.
• Run A/B testing for subject lines and email body content.
• Work with lead databases through Sales Navigator and Apollo.
• Build and automate LinkedIn sequences using Sales Navigator, Expandi, Dripify, or similar tools.
• Create personalized messages for different ICPs.
• Prepare weekly reports on key outreach metrics: open rate, reply rate, booked calls.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in lead generation, cold email outreach, or LinkedIn outreach.
• Experience setting up or supporting cold email outreach infrastructure: domains, warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC.
• Hands-on experience with outreach tools such as Snov.io, Smartlead, LinkedIn Helper, or similar tools.
• Experience working with lead databases through Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.
• Ability to write clear, personalized, and well-structured email sequences.
• Understanding of how to improve open rate and reply rate through messaging, targeting, and A/B testing.
• Experience with A/B testing of subject lines and email body content.
• Ability to create personalized outreach messages for different ICPs.
• Understanding of key outreach metrics: open rate, reply rate, booked calls.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong written communication skills.
NICE TO HAVE:
• Experience with LinkedIn automation tools such as Expandi, Dripify, or similar tools.
• Experience building LinkedIn sequences through Sales Navigator.
• Experience working with different ICPs and adapting communication for each target audience.
• Experience improving outreach campaigns based on weekly metrics.
