Working shift: Sat-Wed 22:30 โ 7:00 (Kyiv time), Thursday & Friday โ days off.
Looking for a Customer/Technical Support Representative to work on a Canadian healthcare project via phone.
Full-time, remote, long-term (equipment is provided)

Main Responsibilities:
- Investigate, resolve and conduct in-depth troubleshooting of hardware, software, email, web-based applications, and other issues using available resources over the phone and email;
- Create and process support tickets.
