HR Generalist
About the Project
We are a growing online casino project focused on international markets. The company is currently scaling its team, internal processes, and operational structure. We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR-Generalist who will take ownership of HR operations, employee relations, feedback management, HRM system implementation, and the development of core HR procedures across the project.
Role Overview
The HR-Generalist will be responsible for building and maintaining effective communication between the company and the team, ensuring transparency in HR processes, collecting regular feedback from employees, and supporting the development of a healthy and productive working environment.
This role requires strong communication skills, a structured approach to HR operations, the ability to work with distributed teams, and hands-on experience in implementing HR tools, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing relationships between the company and employees across all departments.
- Acting as a reliable point of contact for team members on HR-related questions, concerns, and requests.
- Building transparent and consistent internal communication between management and the team.
- Regularly collecting feedback from employees through 1:1 meetings, surveys, check-ins, and team discussions.
- Identifying recurring issues, risks, and areas of dissatisfaction within the team.
- Providing structured feedback reports and recommendations to company leadership.
- Supporting managers in resolving people-related issues and improving team dynamics.
- Implementing and maintaining the HRM system for employee data, organizational structure, documents, requests, and HR processes.
- Ensuring employee records, contracts, onboarding documents, vacation data, and other HR information are properly maintained in the HRM system.
- Developing and implementing HR procedures, policies, and internal regulations for the project.
- Creating and maintaining HR documentation, including onboarding flows, offboarding procedures, vacation policies, performance review processes, and internal guidelines.
- Managing onboarding processes for new employees and ensuring smooth integration into the team.
- Supporting offboarding processes, including exit interviews, documentation, and knowledge transfer coordination.
- Coordinating regular performance review cycles together with department heads.
- Supporting the development of employee engagement initiatives and retention activities.
- Monitoring team satisfaction, motivation, workload, and potential burnout risks.
- Assisting in building clear reporting lines, role expectations, and communication flows within the organization.
- Supporting recruitment coordination when needed, including communication with candidates, interview scheduling, and hiring process administration.
- Preparing regular HR updates outlining team feedback, HR process status, risks, and next steps.
- Ensuring confidentiality, consistency, and professionalism in all HR-related matters.
Expected Results - First 3-6 Months
- HRM system selected, implemented, and actively used by the team.
- Employee records, HR documents, vacation tracking, and organizational structure properly maintained.
- Regular feedback collection process launched and followed consistently.
- Clear communication channel established between employees, managers, and company leadership.
- Core HR procedures documented and implemented across the project.
- Onboarding and offboarding processes structured and standardized.
- Improved visibility of team satisfaction, engagement, and internal risks.
- Management receives regular structured HR reports with actionable insights.
- Employees understand where to address HR-related questions and feel supported by the company.
- Foundation created for scalable HR operations as the project grows.
Requirements
Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR-Generalist, HR Manager, People Partner, or similar role.
- Experience working in fast-growing companies, startups, iGaming, fintech, or digital businesses.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
- Experience implementing or maintaining HRM systems.
- Ability to develop and document HR policies, procedures, and internal processes.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting employee feedback.
- Experience building HR processes from scratch.
- Structured, proactive, and hands-on approach to work.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both employees and senior management.
Nice to Have
- Experience in iGaming, online casino, betting, or other high-paced digital industries.
- Experience working with remote or distributed international teams.
- Knowledge of performance review frameworks and employee engagement tools.
- Familiarity with HR analytics and employee satisfaction metrics.
- Experience supporting recruitment processes.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
