Senior Python Developer (AI/LLM)

We are continuously expanding and are looking for a skilled Senior Python Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of an innovative AI-powered platform.
 

Ideally, you should have strong experience in backend development, AI/LLM-based solutions, and distributed systems, along with a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern automation technologies.
 

This position will play a key role in designing and developing scalable AI-driven solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the architecture and evolution of next-generation intelligent automation systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python

• Build and improve AI-powered workflows and autonomous agent systems

• Develop integrations with LLM providers and AI frameworks

• Implement browser automation and orchestration solutions

• Design and optimize RAG pipelines and context-aware AI systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making

• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability

• Mentor team members and contribute to engineering best practices

• Stay up to date with advancements in AI, LLMs, and automation technologies

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial experience with Python

• Technical education (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field)

• Strong experience with backend development and distributed systems

• Commercial experience with AI/LLM-based solutions

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI API, or similar AI frameworks

• Strong understanding of RAG architectures and AI agent workflows

• Experience with FastAPI and/or Flask

• Experience with AWS cloud services

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Solid understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices

• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
