Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Outbound: Identify and target Mid-Market organizations in asset-intensive industries using a multi-channel approach and book meetings that convert into pipeline
  • AI-Powered Account Research: Leverage GenAI tools to conduct deep-dive research, summarize complex account hierarchies, and generate hyper-personalized insights that cut through the noise.
  • Discovery & Initial Demos: Lead initial discovery calls and deliver compelling "first-look" demos that connect company's value to specific client pain points.
  • Creative Prospecting: Use a resourceful mix of video messaging, social selling, and tailored content to engage stakeholders who are traditionally hard to reach.
  • Business Challenge Identification: Uncover real operational and maintenance challenges through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Market Intelligence & CRM Discipline: Share frontline market feedback, track engagement insights, and maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records.
  • Readiness to work in the office from 15:30 till 23:30 to have an optimal overlap of work hours with Canada based teams. 

 

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2โ€“3 years in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Language: Fluency in English is mandatory. Professional proficiency in French is a strong asset.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools
  • Mindset: Highly resourceful with a "figure-it-out" attitude. You see a "no" as a puzzle to be solved, not a wall.
  • Agility: You thrive in a remote, fast-paced setting where processes evolve quickly as we scale.
