Head of Payroll

We're looking for a Head of Finance Remuneration (Payroll)
  

     Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or compensation, including significant leadership experience
  • Managing a team of 20 or more people

     

    Strong proficiency in:

- GAAP / IFRS
- ERP systems
- Payroll software
- Advanced Excel modeling

 

      Will be plus:

  • ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or MBA is often preferred

.    Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial reporting related to employee compensation, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting for compensation across the group
  • Ensure strong internal controls over payroll and remuneration processes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting requirements
  • Conduct and manage payroll audits
  • Provide financial analysis to align compensation structures with the group’s financial goals
  • Ensure accurate accounting of all compensation-related items, including:

-accruals
-equity-based compensation
-payroll-related taxes

  • Lead and supervise payroll/accounting staff
  • Provide training and ensure timely and accurate completion of all payroll and reporting deadlines
