Head of Payroll

We're looking for a Head of Finance Remuneration (Payroll)
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or compensation, including significant leadership experience
Managing a team of 20 or more people
Strong proficiency in:
- GAAP / IFRS
- ERP systems
- Payroll software
- Advanced Excel modeling
Will be plus:
- ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or MBA is often preferred

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage complex data

. Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting related to employee compensation, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits
- Manage budgeting and forecasting for compensation across the group
- Ensure strong internal controls over payroll and remuneration processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting requirements
- Conduct and manage payroll audits
- Provide financial analysis to align compensation structures with the group’s financial goals
- Ensure accurate accounting of all compensation-related items, including:
-accruals
-equity-based compensation
-payroll-related taxes
- Lead and supervise payroll/accounting staff
- Provide training and ensure timely and accurate completion of all payroll and reporting deadlines
