Product UI/UX Designer — health tech startup,

Aden — precision medicine platform. We build a digital twin of each user from their health data and generate personalised health protocols via predictive modelling. Dual-entity structure (UAE + Ireland). Backed, growing, and entering Dubai and EU markets in 2026. You'll be the first designer on the team — shaping both product and brand from the ground up.
 

ROLE
We need a sharp, self-directed product designer who can own the full design layer of Aden — from information architecture and UX flows through to polished high-fidelity UI. The core challenge: making complex health data feel intuitive, trustworthy, and beautiful for everyday users and clinicians alike.

You'll work directly with the CEO. No design manager, no bureaucracy — real ownership from day one.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own product design end-to-end — user onboarding, health data input flows, personalised protocol dashboards, clinician views
- Build and maintain a Figma design system — components, tokens, patterns that scale
- Design clear, accessible data visualisations for biomarker and health trend data
- Design across web and mobile, maintaining visual and UX consistency
- Run lightweight user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Work closely with engineering on handoff — specs, assets, QA
 

REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years product design experience — health tech, medtech, or data-heavy product preferred
- Strong Figma — components, auto-layout, prototyping, design tokens
- Portfolio showing full product work: flows, decisions, iteration — not just visuals
- Proven ability to make information-dense UIs feel clean and usable
- Comfortable in an early-stage startup — you own things without being told twice
- Strong English — direct communication with the founder
 

NICE TO HAVE
- Branding experience — visual identity, brand guidelines, logo, typography system. We're building Aden's brand in parallel and this is a genuine bonus
- Data visualisation design (biomarker trends, health dashboards)
- Accessibility knowledge (WCAG 2.1)
- Basic HTML/CSS — helps with handoff quality
- Familiarity with EU or UAE health tech design conventions
