Product Manager — health tech startup

Aden — precision medicine platform. We build a digital twin of each user from their health data and generate personalised health protocols via predictive modelling. Dual-entity structure (UAE + Ireland). Backed, growing, and entering Dubai and EU markets in 2026.

ROLE
We're looking for a sharp, self-directed PM to own our product roadmap end-to-end. You'll be working directly with the CEO — no middlemen. This is a hands-on role at a lean startup: you'll define specs, run sprints, unblock engineering, and help shape the product strategy as we scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Founder owns the vision and roadmap, you own execution— digital twin, protocol engine, clinician-facing dashboard
- Write specs and user stories; manage backlog in ClickUp
- Run sprint planning and retrospectives with the engineering team
- Bridge, technical and business requirements
- Track KPIs, surface insights, iterate fast
 

REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years PM experience — health tech, medtech, or data-heavy product preferred
- Strong English (you'll communicate directly with the Irish/international founder)
- Startup experience — comfortable owning things without a large support structure
- Structured thinker; writes clear, concise specs
- Familiarity with agile / ClickUp or similar

NICE TO HAVE
- Background in digital health, biomarkers, or clinical data
- Experience with AI/ML product layers or data pipelines
- Knowledge of EU or UAE health tech regulatory landscape

OFFER
