We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Researcher to support our hiring team with talent mapping, sourcing, and market research across different functions and geographies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, understands how to identify strong talent, and wants to grow within Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities
Conduct candidate sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, social platforms, and other channels
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs — Support recruiters and hiring managers with market mapping and competitor research
Identify and engage passive candidates
Maintain and update candidate information in ATS/internal databases
Assist with outreach campaigns and sourcing strategies
Analyze talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring insights
Prepare sourcing reports and candidate summaries
Requirements:
1.5+ years of experience in sourcing, recruitment research, or talent acquisition — Strong LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search skills
Understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation basics
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Good written communication skills
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
