Senior Sales Manager

We're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager for an IceMobile company https://icemobile.com/ with a strong background in sales.

This role focuses on account-based sales, building long-term client relationships, and managing complex enterprise deals end-to-end. 
We’re looking for a proactive and independent person who feels comfortable communicating with both technical and business stakeholders, wants to grow professionally, is curious about AI solutions, and likes staying up to date with new technologies and market trends.

What you'll do:
• Selling dedicated development teams or AI-driven products to enterprise clients and managing complex enterprise deals end-to-end.

• Identify client pain points, shape compelling value propositions, and lead negotiations from first contact through to signed agreements.
• Present company experience, expertise, and solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Managers and Engineering Leads to develop proposals, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and provide accurate work estimates and implementation plans.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
• Introduce new ideas, experiment with approaches, and scale what works.

What we're looking for:
• 5+ years of experience selling dedicated development teams and products/solutions to enterprise clients.
• Strong sales-driven mindset with proven experience managing and closing complex enterprise deals.
• Existing network and client base is a strong advantage
• Exceptional communication skills: able to explain complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to both CTOs and CEOs.
• Comfortable working with a high autonomy — you set the direction, choose the methods, and own the results.
• Open to business travel
• Proven track record of independently managing complex deals end-to-end — from prospecting to close.
• Fluent English — written and spoken.
