IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team and lead both internal and client-facing projects in a dynamic outsourcing environment.

This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience managing IT projects, feels comfortable working with international clients, and can efficiently coordinate several projects in parallel.

Format: hybrid work format in Kyiv (2-3 office days per week).

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously (2-3 projects depending on complexity and scale)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, designers, and stakeholders
• Own the full project lifecycle - from planning and kickoff to delivery
• Communicate directly with international clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Define project scope, timelines, priorities, and deliverables
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery
• Identify risks and proactively resolve delivery issues
• Facilitate Agile processes and team communication
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and roadmaps
• Monitor team workload and delivery efficiency

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• Commercial experience in outsourcing / outstaffing companies
• Experience managing multiple client projects in parallel
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software delivery processes
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
• Experience communicating directly with clients and stakeholders
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or similar tools
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work from the Kyiv office 2-3 days per week
