Big Data Project Manager

Responsibilities:
•    Identify, analyze and validate new cross-business synergy opportunities within the KGL ecosystem at intersection of telco, healthtech, ride-hailing and e-commerce services 
•    Initiate, structure and drive cross-functional synergy projects leveraging KGL assets, including Big Data, audiences, channels and digital platforms 
•    Organize, coordinate and align internal and external stakeholders 
•    Prepare, present and defend project concepts, commercial models and business cases
•    Evaluate project feasibility, business impact and implementation scenarios
•    Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, alignment, execution tracking, launch and follow-up 
•    Monitor project KPIs, timelines, dependencies and post-launch results 
•    Drive development of new Big Data products, partnerships, integrations and customer value proposition 
•    Analyze market trends, competitors and emerging Big Data/ AI opportunities 
•    Facilitate workshops and alignment meetings to accelerate decision-making and execution 
•    Drive collaboration and synergy between KGL companies to unlock new revenue streams and customer growth opportunities

Requirements:
•    2+ years of experience in project management, product management, business development or consulting roles
•    Experience managing cross-functional and multi-stakeholder projects
•    Experience in telecom, adtech, healthtech, ride-hailing and/or e-commerce industries will be a plus 
•    Understanding of Agile/Scrum project delivery approaches and cross-functional collaboration models 
•    Understanding of Big Data, AI/ML and/or customer data platforms 
•    Ability to transform business ideas into structured initiatives, business cases and actionable execution plans 
•    Experience preparing business cases, presentations, project documentation and management reports 
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving and structured thinking skills 
•    Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills 
•    Ability to work in fast-changing environments and manage multiple parallel initiatives
•    Proactive, self-driven and result-oriented mindset 
•    Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
