About the role

We are looking for a self-driven Graphic Designer / Illustrator (3+ years experience) who can take ownership of their work and contribute to building strong visual worlds across illustration, AI-driven content, and storytelling.

You will collaborate closely with the creative team on static, motion, and AI-generated visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original characters and visual concepts
• Develop static visuals, AI-generated art, and animation concepts
• Collaborate on AI-driven video and narrative content
• Build scenes based on scripts and storytelling direction
• Design presentations and visual materials
• Work on web comics and visual storytelling formats
• Refine, retouch, and finalize artwork
• Use Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
• Work with AI tools and prompt-based image generation

Requirements

• 3+ years in design (mid-level+)
• Strong ownership and independence
• High attention to detail and visual quality
• Strong character design and anatomy understanding
• 3+ years of experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma
• Solid experience using prompt engineering and AI tools 
• English: B2+

Nice to Have

• Experience creating visual worlds or character universes from scratch
• Experience in motion design or AI video production
• Strong understanding of branding and visual systems
• Experience working in product or fast-paced creative teams
• Ability to develop full narrative-driven visual content (storyboards, comics, scenes)
• Strong interest in AI-driven creative workflows and experimentation
