Role Overview
This role involves supporting a large-scale integration program within a complex fintech enterprise environment. The Senior Business Analyst / Salesforce Consultant is responsible for aligning business needs with technology solutions, ensuring consistency across processes, systems, and stakeholders. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to define requirements and support the delivery of scalable, high-impact CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation across business and technical domains.
- Identify and manage dependencies across multiple systems, teams, and workstreams.
- Translate business needs into structured user stories and clearly defined acceptance criteria.
- Perform data mapping and support data model alignment across integrated platforms.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring readiness and quality of deliverables.
- Evaluate and recommend third-party tools and integration approaches.
- Support data migration and complex system integration activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure end-to-end solution alignment.
- Contribute to solution design, functional specifications, and delivery planning.
Led end-to-end requirements engineering, including stakeholder alignment, cross-system dependency mapping, and translation of business needs into actionable delivery artefacts. Supported data mapping and model alignment, defined acceptance criteria, coordinated UAT activities, and contributed to integration and migration efforts. Actively participated in solution design and tooling decisions within a complex enterprise landscape.
Technologies & Tools: Enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce ecosystem), CPQ solutions, Jira, Confluence, third-party integrations, data mapping techniques, UAT processes, and enterprise integration methodologies.
Additional Context
Contributed to a high-impact transformation initiative within the fintech domain, focused on improving operational efficiency, scalability, and platform consistency. Involved in efforts related to system modernization, process optimization, and tooling strategy.
