Business Analyst / Solution Engineer

As a Business Analyst / Solution Engineer, your core mission is to transform business needs into scalable and practical technical solutions.
This role goes beyond traditional business analysis. We are looking for someone who can deeply understand business problems, design implementation approaches, leverage AI tools in daily work, and effectively communicate technical solutions to developers. You will act as a bridge between business and engineering, not only documenting requirements but also proactively designing solutions, workflows, integrations, and system behavior.
 

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and refine business needs;
• Transform business requests into clear technical solution approaches and implementation concepts;
• Design end-to-end workflows, integrations, automations, and product logic;
• Use AI tools (especially Claude Code and similar assistants) to accelerate analysis, solution design, prototyping, and documentation;
• Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with project requirements and technical implementation;
• Advocate for stakeholders' needs and priorities;
• Work closely with developers, QA team, and product stakeholders to ensure high-quality and scalable software solutions;
• Communicate effectively with engineers and be able to explain technical logic, flows, and expected behavior;
• Participate in solution discovery, system decomposition, and technical discussions;
• Analyze existing systems and propose improvements, optimizations, and automation opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Solution Engineering, or related roles;
• Strong technical mindset with the ability to think in systems, workflows, and implementation approaches;
• Ability to independently design solutions based on high-level business requests;
• Experience working closely with developers and understanding software architecture principles;
• Practical experience using AI tools in daily work, especially Claude Code and similar AI-assisted development tools;
• At least Upper-Intermediate proficiency in both written and spoken English;
• Proficiency in eliciting and documenting business requirements;
• Ability to break down large and complex tasks into simple and manageable components;
• Ability to describe implementation logic and algorithms for developers;
• Ability to model and prototype interfaces in Figma or similar tools;
• Experience integrating with third-party systems (APIs, file exchange, webhooks);
• Experience using Jira, Trello, browser Developer Tools, Figma, Postman, Slack, and graphic editors;
• Confident understanding of various file formats (CSV, JSON, XML);
• Basic knowledge of SQL;
• Ability to model processes and data using UML diagrams;
• High level of mastery of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
   

 Nice to have:

• Development background or hands-on coding experience;
• Understanding of system architecture and backend processes;
• Experience working in AI-first or automation-driven environments;
• Experience with low-code/no-code tools and AI-assisted workflows.

• Experience in CRM/Fintech.
