Responsibilities

• Full and independent project management;
• Steady growth in traffic and search rankings for projects;
• Improvement in project business metrics (reg, FTD);
• Achieving interim SEO strategy goals;
• Reducing project dependence on management involvement;
• Scaling successful use cases to other projects;
• Initiating new ideas and approaches;
• Collaborating with the content team;
• Collaborating with the link-building team;
• Collaborating with the development team;
• Achieving stated project KPIs;
• Managing project budgets;
• Testing hypotheses to improve project metrics and analyzing test results;
• Preparing pre-sale audits for potential clients.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in SEO, with a track record of successful project promotions;
• At least 3 years of experience in SEO within the iGaming niche;
• In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms;
• English proficiency: B1 level or higher;
• Development and implementation of a comprehensive SEO strategy, including content strategy, technical optimization, link profile management, user experience (UX) improvement, and behavioral analysis;
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS sufficient to analyze code from an SEO perspective;
• Experience working with high-traffic and multi-regional websites;
• In-depth understanding of all ranking factors;
• Experience with SERM and Parasite SEO;
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO;
• Proficiency in all industry-specific tools;
• Ability to collaborate with developers, link builders, content managers, and designers;
• Experience with A/B testing of SEO hypotheses and traffic split tests;
• Experience analyzing search engine bot behavior;
• Ability to defend and justify SEO strategies to business stakeholders;
• Understanding of project business metrics;
• Experience mentoring mid-level specialists (setting tasks and providing guidance);
• Experience automating routine tasks.
