Sales Team Lead (iGaming)
About the Role
We are building a modern affiliate network and performance ecosystem tailored for the iGaming industry.
The platform connects affiliates, media buyers, and operators, helping them to:
• scale user acquisition
• build transparent and efficient partnerships
• maximize performance and revenue
The product is already live and actively onboarding partners worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and organize the work of junior brand managers/sales specialists
• Build and optimize sales processes, pipelines, and performance tracking
• Identify, approach, and acquire new partners within the iGaming industry
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with operators, affiliates, and networks
• Present and promote the platform to potential clients
• Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals
• Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to support business growth
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new team members
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences when needed
Requirements
• Proven experience in iGaming sales or business development
• Previous experience in a team lead / senior sales role
• Experience working with B2B platforms or SaaS products
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
