Middle QA / Business Analyst

We are looking for a proactive Middle QA / Business Analyst who can combine manual testing responsibilities with business analysis tasks and independently drive quality-related processes on the project.

Responsibilities

— Gather and document business and functional requirements
— Create clear user stories and acceptance criteria
— Prepare and maintain test cases, checklists, and related QA documentation
— Perform manual testing (functional, regression, exploratory)
— Verify implemented functionality against requirements
— Report and track defects, collaborate with developers on fixes
— Communicate with stakeholders regarding requirements and product quality
— Participate in planning and prioritization activities
— Support continuous improvement of QA and BA processes

Requirements

— 2+ years of experience in manual QA
— Experience with Business Analysis activities such as requirements gathering and documentation
— Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
— Experience with Jira, TestRail, or similar tools
— Ability to write structured and testable requirements
— Strong analytical and communication skills
— Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
— English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
