System Analyst (Flexcube)

ZentixSoft is looking for a Senior Flexcube System Analyst(Outstaff)
 

At ZentixSoft, we follow the "People over processes" principle. We are currently strengthening a Core Banking team for one of our enterprise partners and are looking for a techno-functional expert to drive improvements and transformation on the FLEXCUBE platform.
 

Note: This is an Outstaffing role. You will be integrated into a long-term initiative focused on core functionality improvements, migration, and large-scale transformation programs.
 

The Role: You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. Your focus will be on product setup, account lifecycle management, interest/fee calculations, and resolving technical debt within the FLEXCUBE architecture.
 

Our Expectations: 
🔹 Banking Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with core banking operations (accounting entries, regulatory reporting, interest calculations). 
🔹 FLEXCUBE Mastery: Deep knowledge of product setup, parameters, events, and accounting roles/rules. 
🔹 Technical Stack: Proficiency in SQL for analysis, SOAP/REST web services, XML messages, and UNIX/Linux logs. 🔹 Communication: Fluent English and the ability to collaborate effectively in a production/support environment. 
🔹 Nice to have: Knowledge of ISO 20022 / SWIFT or FLEXCUBE certifications.
