🌀 Malva is building an AI-powered Sales Execution Layer on top of existing CRM systems.
 

Traditional CRMs are overloaded systems built for storing data, reporting, and operations. But sales teams still struggle with:

• unclear next steps
• CRM overload
• unreliable pipeline visibility

🔍 What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Product Designer who can help us design a modern B2B SaaS product from the ground up.
 

This role is much more than “making screens pretty”.

We need someone who:

• thinks deeply about workflows and UX clarity
• can simplify complex systems
• understands SaaS dashboards and operational products
• loves building product experiences, not just visuals
• wants to shape an early-stage startup product

You’ll work closely with founders and engineering on:

• core product UX
• information architecture
• dashboard experience
• AI interaction flows
• mobile workflows
• onboarding
• landing pages

Responsibilities

• Design core web application flows and screens in Figma
• Create intuitive dashboard and workflow experiences
• Help simplify complex CRM-related interfaces
• Build and maintain a scalable design system
• Collaborate closely with founders and developers
• Participate in product discussions and UX decisions, help with Product in Jira
• Improve usability through rapid iterations and feedback
• Design responsive layouts and future mobile experiences

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Design and UI/UX is MUST
• Strong Figma skills
• Experience designing SaaS products or dashboards with a portfolio demonstrating relevant work
• Strong UX and product thinking
• Ability to structure complex information clearly
• Understanding of user flows and interaction design
• Ability to help structure product flows, UX documentation, and user stories in Jira and Confluence
• English level B1+ (sufficient for product discussions, reading product materials, and working with English-language interfaces.)

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM, analytics, AI, or productivity products
• Experience designing mobile apps
• Experience working with startups
• Understanding of B2B workflows
• Ability to prototype interactions
