Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will drive data-informed decision-making across product, marketing, and business domains. You will work closely with stakeholders, uncover actionable insights, influence strategic decisions, and help shape the analytical infrastructure and processes within the company.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or in a similar role
• Strong practical expertise in SQL, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization, and working with large-scale datasets
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
• Strong understanding of product and marketing analytics principles
• Experience with cohort analysis, funnel analysis, retention analysis, and A/B testing
• Experience building scalable dashboards and analytical reporting systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to transform business needs into analytical solutions and actionable insights
• Experience communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive initiatives from idea to implementation

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze product, marketing, and player behavior data to identify growth opportunities and support strategic business decisions
• Develop and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks for different business units
• Conduct deep-dive analyses of user behavior, funnels, retention, monetization, and campaign performance
• Identify trends, anomalies, and growth drivers, providing clear recommendations based on data
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, CRM, and leadership teams
• Lead ad-hoc analytical initiatives and proactively suggest improvements based on insights
• Improve analytical processes, data quality, and reporting approaches
• Support the development of a data-driven culture within the company

Nice to Have

• Experience in iGaming, betting, gaming, or other high-load product environments
• Experience with Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, or similar analytics platforms
• Experience with Python for data analysis and automation
• Experience with dbt, ETL processes, or data modeling
• Understanding of product metrics, LTV, retention, churn, and monetization analysis
