Ruby Backend Developer (Remote)

Role

Bluegeko is looking for a Ruby Backend Developer to join our fully remote team. You will work on scalable backend systems and APIs for U.S. based partner projects, collaborating with developers, QA engineers, and product teams across international environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs
• Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams
• Analyze requirements and break down technical tasks

• Improve system performance and reliability

   

Requirements

• 3yrs+ Experience with Ruby and backend development
• Experience with Ruby on Rails and SQL databases
• Understanding of scalable backend systems and APIs
• Familiarity with Git workflows and CI/CD
• Good English communication skills
