Business Development Specialist
Our ideal candidate has:
โ At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales of IT services (outsourcing, outstaffing, consulting)
โ Experience working with the US, EU, or other developed markets
โ Strong new business closing skills
โ Experience in growing existing client portfolios (Account Management)
โ English at B2 level for daily communication with clients
โ Ability to engage in meaningful conversations with both technical and business stakeholders
โ High level of autonomy and ownership of results
โ Proactivity and strategic thinking
โ Strong presentation skills and confidence in handling objections
Future responsibilities:
โ Conducting negotiations and closing deals with C-level executives (CTOs, Founders) based on qualified leads from the SDR team
โ Developing existing clients: identifying new needs, upselling and cross-selling opportunities
โ Presenting and pitching complex technical solutions (DevOps, Cloud Migration, AI Infrastructure, Security, outsourcing/staffing)
โ Full-cycle sales: preparing commercial offers, participating in presales, aligning terms, and closing contracts
โ CRM management, pipeline ownership, sales analytics, and forecasting
