Sales Manager (Poland Market)

Asabix is an IT company that has been developing CRM/ERP systems, AI solutions, B2B portals, and eCommerce platforms for businesses in Europe and the US since 2017.

We already have live projects actively used in day-to-day business operations, including solutions for logistics, eCommerce, and operational management. This means you won’t be starting from scratch in sales — you’ll have real cases, presentations, and expertise to build trust and close deals faster.

We work both on custom software development (outsourcing) and on our own products.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients in Poland and across Europe
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Conduct discovery calls and present our services and solutions
• Identify client business needs and shape solutions together with the technical team
• Prepare commercial proposals and follow up on negotiations
• Manage deals from first contact to signed contract
• Work with CRM systems (pipeline management, lead tracking, deal stages)

• Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and business networking events in Poland and Europe

   

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B IT sales
• Experience working with European clients or an understanding of the European market
• Strong spoken and written English
• Polish language proficiency will be a strong advantage
• Ability to independently generate leads and build a sales pipeline
• Understanding of custom software development and digital product sales

• Experience working with CRM systems
