Project Manager (Architectural Visualization)

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Production team and lead architectural visualization projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and refine project briefs
• Identify missing information and clarify requirements with clients
• Develop project schedules and ensure alignment with stakeholders
• Manage client communication and build long-term relationships
• Handle scope changes, negotiations, and upselling opportunities
• Coordinate internal teams and resources
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Maintain accurate project documentation
• Oversee onboarding and execution phases
• Track progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate with Finance and Business teams
• Prepare regular performance reports

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management (outsourcing experience is a plus)
• B2B experience
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Nice to Have

• Experience in architectural visualization or a related industry
