We are looking for a structured and responsible hands-on HR Generalist who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple processes simultaneously, and independently owning the full employee lifecycle.

 

This role combines people partnership and HR operations β€” someone who can support teams, keep processes organized, and confidently work across documentation, spreadsheets, and multitasking within an international environment.

 

You will work directly with Group CEO and key business stakeholders, having real influence on HR processes, operational decisions, and the overall employee experience across the company.

 

What you will do

You will manage the full employee lifecycle across international teams with a current headcount of ~100 employees, including:

β€” onboarding and adaptation
β€” welcome meetings and probation reviews
β€” regular 1:1s and employee support
β€” salary reviews and internal transfers
β€” offboarding processes
β€” HR documentation and employee records
β€” communication with finance, legal, payroll, and IT teams
β€” HR analytics and health checks

 

Many processes are managed through Google Sheets, Jira, checklists, and internal trackers, so it’s important to feel comfortable in a low-automation environment.

 

What we are looking for

β€” 2+ years of experience in HR Generalist / People Operations / HR Operations / People Partner roles
β€” experience managing the full employee lifecycle
β€” experience with HR documentation and employment processes
β€” confident Google Sheets user
β€” English level B2+ (part of the communication and teams are international)
β€” experience in IT / iGaming / international companies will be a plus
