We are DRCT โ€” a travel-tech product company building SaaS solutions for the aviation industry. We help travel agencies and airlines access flight content more easily, automate workflows, and increase profitability through modern technology.
 

Since 2016, weโ€™ve grown from a Ukrainian startup into an international group of companies operating across Poland, Saudi Arabia, the Baltics, and other European markets.
 

Now we are looking for someone to join our team and take an active role in growing our presence in the Polish market.
 

What you will do:
 

  • Learn DRCT products and how the aviation industry works.
  • Proactively reach out to travel agents (outbound) and schedule demos.
  • Work with email sequences and handle objections.
  • Present the product to potential clients and drive contract signings.
  • Onboard new clients.
  • Persuade clients to start actively using the product.
  • Support clients with any ongoing issues they may have.
  • Upsell current partners to connect new channels and use other DRCT products.
     

Requirements:
 

  • Polish advanced speaking skills: 
    You can confidently communicate with clients in Polish and clearly deliver value.
  • Based in Warsaw:
    You are currently located in Warsaw and available for in-person meetings with customers.
  • 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales:
    You know where to find leads, how to approach them, and feel confident in outbound โ€” it motivates you rather than drains you.
  • Strong ownership mentality: 
    You`re able to take responsibility for your actions, leads, and performance. You care about the final result, not just completing tasks.
  • Active and high-energy: 
    You are easy to talk to, build rapport quickly, and bring positive, confident energy into every interaction.
  • Interested in the aviation field:
    You are curious about the aviation industry, care about what you sell, and are ready to learn a complex product domain.
  • Fast learner and self-educator:
    You quickly deep dive into new topics, independently search for answers, and adapt fast in complex environments.
  • Highly responsible and disciplined:
    You can take responsibility and pay attention to detail.
  • Communicative and empathetic:
    You can deeply understand the problems each client is facing and address them with a personalized approach.
     

Will be a big plus:
 

  • Ukrainian advanced speaking skills.
  • Passion for startups and technology.
  • Experience in the aviation ticketing field (GDS, NDC).
