We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist focused on Reddit and LinkedIn outreach, community engagement, and outbound lead generation.
This role is ideal for someone who understands internet communities, knows how to build trust through conversations, and can generate qualified leads without sounding βsalesyβ.
Responsibilities
Reddit Lead Generation
- Research and monitor relevant subreddits
- Find discussions where our product can naturally fit
- Engage with trucking and logistics communities
- Build organic visibility for the product
- Generate leads through comments, posts, and direct outreach
- Avoid spammy promotion and maintain authentic communication
- Track subreddit performance and engagement
LinkedIn Lead Generation
- Find and qualify leads on LinkedIn
- Build outreach campaigns and connection strategies
- Write personalized messages and follow-ups
- Manage outbound prospecting workflows
- Book meetings and create opportunities for the sales team
- Work with founders and sales managers on GTM strategy
General Responsibilities
- Build and maintain lead databases
- Work with CRM systems
- Research logistics and trucking market trends
- Analyze outreach performance metrics
- Test different lead generation strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams
Requirements
- Experience in lead generation, outreach, or community marketing
- Strong understanding of Reddit culture and etiquette
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach
- Excellent written English
- Ability to write natural, non-spammy communication
- Experience with outbound prospecting
- Analytical mindset and KPI orientation
- Self-driven and proactive personality
Nice to Have
- Experience working with U.S. audiences
- Experience in SaaS, logistics, trucking, or marketplaces
- Familiarity with Apollo, HubSpot, Lemlist, Clay, PhantomBuster, or similar tools
- Understanding of community-led growth
- Experience building outreach automations
- Basic sales understanding
