The Role

We’re looking for a Financial Analyst with tech and marketing understanding to help manage and monitor advertising budgets across different providers, platforms, and traffic sources.

Your main responsibility will be ensuring that advertising spend, reporting, and financial tracking remain accurate, organized, and transparent across the business.

This role sits at the intersection of: finance, marketing, analytics, and operations.

We need someone who is comfortable working with numbers, systems, reports, and fast-moving marketing environments.

 

What You’ll Do

Track Advertising Budgets

  • Monitor and reconcile advertising spend across platforms and providers, including: Facebook Ads, Taboola, Traffic providers, External partners and ad accounts
  • Ensure budget allocation, payments, balances, and spend reporting remain accurate.

Analyze Financial & Marketing Data

  • Work with financial and marketing teams to: track daily spend and performance, identify inconsistencies or reporting issues, compare platform data, monitor budget pacing, support forecasting and financial visibility.
  • Help the team clearly understand where money is going — and how efficiently it’s being used.

Support Operational Accuracy

  • Maintain structured reporting and documentation across multiple campaigns, providers, and platforms.
  • Identify: missing data, reporting discrepancies, unusual spending behavior, tracking issues, and operational inefficiencies.

Work Cross-Functionally

  • Collaborate closely with: media buyers, finance teams, marketers, operations, and technical teams.
  • You’ll help connect financial reporting with real marketing activity and platform performance.

 

What You Bring

  • Experience in Financial Analysis, Operations, Marketing Analytics, or related fields
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Comfortable working with large amounts of data and reports
  • Tech-savvy and confident learning new platforms and systems
  • Good understanding of digital marketing or advertising environments
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Ability to stay organized in fast-paced workflows
  • Good English communication skills for an international team

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with advertising platforms like Facebook Ads or Taboola
  • Background in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, fintech, or digital advertising
  • Understanding of campaign metrics and traffic sources
  • Experience with reconciliation, reporting, or budget tracking
  • Knowledge of BI tools, SQL, or automation tools
