The Role

We’re looking for a Data Analyst for CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) to support our media buying and growth teams.

Your main goal will be helping the team understand:

  • which funnels perform best,
  • where users drop off,
  • what impacts conversion rates,
  • and how to improve acquisition performance through data analysis.

This is not a “reporting-only” position.
We need someone who can interpret data, identify patterns, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.

 

What You’ll Do

Analyze Funnel Performance

  • Monitor and analyze key funnel metrics including: CTR (Click-Through Rate), CR to Lead, CR to Sale, CPC / CPA, Abandonment Rate, Retention & engagement metrics, Funnel drop-off points
  • Identify where performance improves — and where it breaks.

Support Media Buying Decisions

  • Work closely with the media buying team to: identify top-performing funnels and campaigns, compare traffic quality across sources, analyze audience behavior, help optimize acquisition performance based on data.
  • Provide clear insights that influence scaling decisions.

Build Insights & Recommendations

Translate raw data into actionable conclusions:

  • Which landing pages convert better?
  • Which creatives attract higher-quality traffic?
  • Where do users abandon the funnel?
  • Which GEOs or devices perform strongest?
  • What changes improve overall conversion?

Work Cross-Functionally

  • Collaborate with: media buyers, marketers, product teams, developers, and funnel specialists to improve user flow and conversion performance across the entire funnel.

 

What You Bring

  • Experience in Data Analytics, CRO, Performance Marketing, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of funnel analytics and conversion metrics
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and identify actionable insights
  • Experience working with performance marketing teams or media buyers
  • Understanding of user behavior and acquisition funnels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Excel/Sheets, or similar
  • Good English communication skills for an international team

Nice to Have

  • Experience in affiliate marketing, lead generation, iGaming, fintech, or performance marketing environments
  • SQL knowledge
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
  • Understanding of attribution models and tracking systems
